Susan Leger Ferraro

Susan’s life’s work has been focused on social justice, inclusion and equity for 40+ years. As an international speaker, she has shared her insights on how to create and manifest a meaningful life alongside the likes of Dr. Stephen Covey. Brene Brown, Dr. Shefali Tsbury, Dr. Phillip Zelazo, Ellen Galinsky, and Raj Sisodia.

Human Sustainability and Operationalizing Consciousness is the brainchild of Susan Leger-Ferraro, Founder and Chief Transformation Officer of G3, a leadership development and innovative capital consulting and training company serving clients across the United States and internationally. Susan’s Leadership created the first educational B Corp in the Greater Boston Area (Imajine That), receiving the following awards: 2015 Overall B Impact Score- 163.5, Best for Customers- 2016-2019, Best for Community- 2016-2019, and Best for Overall- 2016-2019.

She is a Conscious Leadership & Learning and Development expert with a speciality in Strategic Execution and Innovative Capital Solutions. Susan launched her first business as a teenager, which she managed for over 15-years before executing a multi-million dollar exit.
